Quality Control

Our remodeled and upgraded lab facility and equipment insure the successful conformance to the most stringent quality control and testing requirements. Equipment includes a two roll mill, hydraulic presses, a tensile tester, spectrophotometer, a torque rheometer, an automatic capillary rheometer, state of the art specific gravity and durometer testing equipment, lab extruder, oven and a lab henchel. A dedicated molding machine is used to prepare sample plaques and tensile bars.

System controls include individual formula files along with process set up sheets. Color targets and customer retains from each box of compound are held for six months. The computerized mixer controls provide for batch to batch consistency. Ingredients mixed in each batch are recorded and the computer print outs are monitored by quality control.
